Phoenix Healing Arts Therapy – Terms & Conditions
By accessing and using the services of Phoenix Healing Arts Therapy, you agree to the following terms. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will be available on our website.
1. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are by booking only trough email, messages and phone call.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may incur the full session fee.
2. Fees & Payments

Fees are payable at the time of your session by cash, card, or direct transfer.

Phoenix Healing Arts Therapy does not store your payment details.

Any rebates (if applicable) must be claimed directly with your health fund.
3. Confidentiality & Privacy

Your privacy is protected in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our [Privacy Policy].

Information shared in therapy remains confidential, except where:

There is a serious risk of harm to you or others,

There are legal obligations to disclose (e.g., child protection, court order), or
-
You provide written consent.

4. Use of Online / Telehealth Services

Online sessions are conducted using secure platforms.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a private, safe space and stable internet connection.

Phoenix Healing Arts Therapy cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by technology outside our control.
5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate personal and health information as requested.

Sessions are to be attended in a respectful and safe manner.

Phoenix Healing Arts Therapy reserves the right to discontinue services if safety, ethical, or legal boundaries are compromised.
6. Limitations of Service

Phoenix Healing Arts Therapy provides art therapy and counselling support, but does not provide crisis services or medical treatment.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, please contact 000 or Lifeline (13 11 14).
