Art Classes for Kids
Phoenix Healing Arts Therapy provides art classes.
Our art classes provide a welcoming environment for individuals of all ages to learn new skills, such as Basic Drawing Techniques, Charcoal Drawing, Developing Painting Methods, Improving Composition, Colour Studies in Painting, Proportion and Equality in Painting, Perspective topics, and so on.

No previous artistic experience is required. Those classes only focus on teaching; no therapy is involved in this classes program.

🖍️ Creative Kids (5–8 Years)
Creative Kids introduces young artists to the exciting world of art through fun, age-appropriate projects that build creativity and confidence. Children learn the foundations of drawing, painting, colour, shape, texture, and design while experimenting with a variety of materials and techniques.
Each class encourages imagination, curiosity, and creative thinking in a supportive, enjoyable environment where every child can develop their artistic abilities at their own pace.
Enrol in one of our classes that suits you. If you miss a class, we can arrange a make-up class.
Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm Saturday 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
🎨 Creative Explorers (9–12 Years)
Creative Explorers is designed for children who are ready to develop stronger artistic skills while enjoying a wide variety of creative projects. Students are encouraged to experiment with different materials and techniques while learning the foundations of visual art.
The program helps young artists build confidence, improve observation skills, and express their own creative ideas through engaging and enjoyable activities.

Monday, Thursday, and Friday 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm Saturday 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Creative Teens (13–17 Years)
Creative Teens offers a creative studio environment where young artists can refine their technical skills while developing their own artistic style. Whether they enjoy realistic drawing, painting, illustration, or mixed media, students receive guidance suited to their individual interests and abilities.
Classes encourage experimentation, creative thinking, and the development of a personal portfolio in a relaxed and supportive environment.

🌿 Creative Adults (18+ Years)
Creative Adults welcomes beginners and experienced artists alike who wish to learn new techniques, improve existing skills, or simply enjoy the creative process. Classes provide step-by-step guidance in a relaxed and supportive studio environment where participants can explore a variety of artistic styles and mediums.
Whether your goal is to develop technical skills or reconnect with your creativity, each session is designed to inspire confidence and enjoyment in making art.

Term Enrolment: Classes follow the Victorian Government school term dates. Class fees are payable in full before the commencement of each school term.

New students may start at any time during the term, depending on class availability. Fees will be adjusted

Missed classes? Please get in touch with us if your child cannot attend. We will do our best to offer make-up classes within the same term to support your child's progress.

Our first art classes are planned to commence from August 2026 (subject to minimum enrolment numbers). We believe these classes can inspire your child's creativity; we look forward to welcoming them.
Art Classes Class Information and Fee for Adults
Duration is 90 minutes
Saturdays 10 am to 11: 30 am
Fee : $50 for 90 min session.
New students can start any time depending on availability of the space in the class
