Specialized art therapy sessions for children addressing their unique needs. Our child-focused therapies, including play therapy, utilise art as a medium to help young ones process emotions, reduce anxiety, and develop coping skills in a safe and nurturing environment.

Cancellation Policy

Phoenix Healing Arts Therapy – Cancellation & Waitlist Policies Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will apply. No-show or same-day cancellation: The full session fee will be charged. Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at the therapist's discretion. This policy ensures we can offer the appointment to another client who may be on our waitlist and helps us maintain consistent service. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by message or email. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window will be considered a cancellation unless otherwise agreed upon. Waitlist Policy We offer a waitlist for clients who wish to book a session at a specific time that is currently unavailable. If a spot becomes available, we will contact waitlisted clients in the order of their request. Offers will be sent via phone, SMS, or email and must be confirmed within 6 hours to secure the appointment. If no response is received within the timeframe, the spot will be offered to the next person on the list. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the time of other clients. The full fee will apply.
